Our production line includes high-speed CNC machines, a drilling-tapping machine, and 8 of our machines operate permanently in a temperature-controlled environment.

Our equipment

CNC machining (high-mix, tight tolerances)

We work with 3-/4-/5-axis vertical machining cells with on-machine measurement and strict tool management in temperature-controlled rooms.

Control: in-process measurement (reference/offset checks), tool life monitoring, SPC on critical features
Typical production capacity: 0.002–0.003 mm on critical features (part dependent)
Materials: aluminum (incl. die-cast parts), stainless and tool steel, copper alloys, engineering plastics, selected titanium
In-process finishing: precision deburring, anodizing/nickel plating/black oxidizing, cosmetic handling

Metrology

Verification determines release. Our metrology laboratory closes the loop from DFM to PPAP and series production.

CMM (scanning/tactile): GD&T verification for position, parallelism, concentricity, etc.
3D profilometry / optical: surface topography, flatness/deformation maps, roughness; instruments with sub-micron resolution
Quality system: FAI/PPAP, GR&R, batch traceability, archived programs and reports; measuring equipment periodically calibrated
Reporting: ballooned drawing, CMM data (PDF/CSV), profilometry maps, SPC run charts available with deliveries, material certificate
